You should arrive the day before the event that you are attending and leave the day after the final event that you are attending.

Our welcome dinner, wedding ceremony. and wedding reception will all be in Ubud, Bali. There are plenty of hotel options nearby or you can stay at one of the venues we are hosting the event in. You will need to arrange your own accommodations over the weekend.

The theme is elegant tropical. I don’t know, I just made that up. You can see my moodboard here to get a feel for the wedding vibe.

Please wear something that fits with the color scheme of the wedding. You can find the link to the moodboard here. Don’t wear a bright red or yellow or blue or something, you will clash with the vibe.

We’re not expecting anything, especially since so many of you are flying from so far away to be with us on our special day. So don’t worry about it honestly. But if you really absolutely feel the need to give something, please just cash only because we don’t want to carry things around as we travel.

If you want to join the trip afterwards, there will be optional activities organized for you to join through the trip. Accommodations will be covered by us so you don’t need to worry about that.
